Proprietary Systems
CertiCell has invested in the development of
proprietary information technology systems that allow it to operate more
efficiently and offer its customers products and services that can be customized

• In-bound Identification & Data Entry and Discrepancy Reporting
  Every electronic
  device received in a CertiCell facility is processed using an in-bound
  identification system.  This system enables CertiCell to accurately
  identify the device, record that asset into the inventory management system,
  populate the shop-floor control system, as well as provide data entry and
  discrepancy reporting.


• Software Management
  CertiCell has made a
  significant investment in its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application in
  order to provide for fully integrated financial management and planning,
  materials planning, customer relationship management, human resources management
  and project management.  The ERP system is also integrated with the
  company's in-bound identification and shop-floor control systems.  In
  short, CertiCell has an information technology platform designed to support a
  multi-national organization with a massive complexity of parts and products as
  well as a supply chain that spans the globe.


• Shop-Floor Control
  To ensure comprehensive
  accountability and traceability of all devices in its possession, CertiCell
  created a custom shop-floor control system specifically addressing the
  requirements and needs of the wireless electronics market while providing full
  traceability.


• Recycling
  CertiCell's priority is to preserve maximum
  value of all electronics devices returned for processing.  However, for
  those devices that need to be retired, the company practices a "Total
  Consumption Recycling" process, which ensures that all designated materials are
  completely destroyed utilizing EPA approved processes.

CertiCell understands and recognizes the importance of turnaround time, as well
as the carrying cost of capital.  By leveraging the capabilities of its
company-owned facilities in Hong Kong and the Philippines, CertiCell is able to
introduce the yield factor into the equation and trade off a slightly higher TAT
(and resulting carrying cost) against a significantly higher yield that could be
typically accomplished in an on-shore repair facility.  Utilizing off-shore
assets to focus on yield maximization and parts reclamation and repair allows
